Shipping & Returns
Every shield is made to order. We laser-cut it by hand in our workshop in southern Bavaria after your order arrives, then send it out with tracking. Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Delivery times
Typical transit time once the parcel has left our workshop:
- Germany: 1 to 3 business days
- European Union: 5 to 8 business days
- USA and Canada: 8 to 15 business days
Shipping to another country? Transit times vary quite a bit outside these regions, so we would rather tell you honestly than guess. Ask us and we will give you a realistic window for your country before you order.
Orders outside the European Union
Parcels going outside the EU can be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees in the destination country. These are set by the local authorities, they are not part of our price, and they are payable by the recipient. Every parcel leaves us with a customs declaration and its country of origin, Germany.
Returns and cancellation
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The full terms, together with the model withdrawal form, are in our Right of Withdrawal. There is also a withdrawal form you can send us directly.
Something arrived damaged or does not fit your device? Write to us. We build these one at a time, and we would rather sort it out than have you sit on a shield you cannot use.
