Meet Paul

Hi, I'm Paul, founder of ProtectYourGear.

I've always loved guitar effects and their designs. But protective stickers usually cover up exactly the design that makes the gear special. That bothered me enough to do something about it.

PYG shields are 100% transparent: they protect your gear without compromising its looks.

Since 2024 we've shipped over 900 shields to musicians, rated 5.0★ across 130+ reviews on Etsy.

Among them are bands and artists from across Europe. Meet the artists.

Got a device we don't cover yet, or a custom request? Send us a message. Custom builds are kind of our thing.
